SF Zen Center in November

It is an honor to return to The SF Zen Center. Last time I was there was with Cassi Vieten to teach Mindful Motherhood – to a gorgeous group of pregnant (and a few new) moms. I like to work with women during big transitional times – it is so powerful to assist and witness as women navigate through transformative points in their lives.

My return to the Zen Center on November 13, 2010 has me teaching my current love -”Riding the Change – An Exploration of the Peri-Mental-Pausal Years.”
