I was thrilled to be selected “Best of the East Bay” by The East Bay Express for “Best Yoga For Perimenopausal Women”. What a hoot!!

I am having great success building this class and with great gusto to throw the net out further to reach women that are going through what can be a very intense time. I look forward to more classes in the Fall at 7th Heaven Yoga in Berkeley and beyond.. (See my News section for more workshops/retreats.)
